I made this dorm to reflect the style of student halls where students are assigned to self-contained flats, sharing kitchen facilities but with individual study rooms. The range of room sizes could have individual prices - from 'Standard', to 'Premium' (plus chair), up to 'Deluxe' (extra storage).
