A little #FrenchQuarter early spring evening. Cozy restaurant on left with office on second floor and vacant space where owner used to live. Center townhouse perfect for young single. Larger townhouse on right converted into apartments, ground floor two bedroom, second floor three bedroom, with loft/studio/attic on top floor. Fixed it so fireplace in center townhouse doesn't keep setting light fixture on fire. Added some more decor. All fireplaces upgraded.
