Honestly I needed a place to move elder sims in my game in order to free up their houses for their children or new sims while also adding to my game play. There are 4 bedrooms but 6 beds including 2 full sizes. Also another blank room for a custom add. There is a meal hall, rec room, communal bathroom, and enclosed garden.
