Briny Tower was never used, my students stayed in the neighbouring twin matching Tidal tower. With a view of the whole campus it is one of the best introductions to university life a student could ask for. I use it as a Library, it's next to the Stadium so handy for freshening up before the Spirit meeting. Everything you budding geeky Sim needs to get a good start.
