This build is an indoor renovation of the #brinytower lot at #foxburyinstitute ... it features four individual apartments with two bedrooms and a bathroom in each apartment. This build uses #tinyliving to take advantage of the tight spaces so that college students don't feel claustrophobic in their rooms. The common area has a community tv, bookcase, two computers, a chess table, and a robotics station. I added washers and dryers from #laundrydaystuff to this one for kicks. #discoveruniversity
