This is a#realistic#highend#dreamhome#reno of the#jelihouse#deligracy &#jamesturner live in. No unrealistic structural changes but not a budget reno by far. I created an#ensuite#masterbedroom assigned 2 of their bedrooms as offices for streaming, created a second bathroom and converted the front of the house to #openconcept. Bumped up the curb appeal & added a nice#foyer / pseudo#mudroom. #Playtested the"under counter pullout trashcan"#functional. Had to use faux#pocketdoor
