I made the home I grew up in - a 1917 American Foursquare style house. There are pros and cons of an old home - it has character, but something is always broken and that old attic is super creepy. This is perfect for a family - I recreated my and my sister's rooms, as well as my parents' and grandma's. Big backyard space, perfect for kids to play or for gardening.
