I hated how the Spencer-Kim-Lewis house looked like a giant apartment building. Doesn't make sense when Eric's aspiration to be a mansion baron requires a house with many columns. There are still modern parts of this house, but the main living/dining spaces are formal. There are also some level 7 business career objects (management track). I recommend using cheats to promote Eric because idk how he affords this house as a level 1 freelancer or whatever he starts as. #willowcreek #maxisedit #edit
