First sims4 build i'm proud of! This home has 4bedrooms and 3 bathrooms including a downstairs guestroom and study on on side of the ground floor. On the other side there is an open plan kitchen diner leading to a cosy living room. Upstairs are two kids room and a master with en-suite entering through a "walk-in-wardrobe".
