#rundown, #burndown, #forgotten, #theteagardens, This is based off of a property outside of Santa Barbara, CA built by Henry E. Bothin - also known as Mar Y Cel. It had large #gardens, #fountains, an outdoor amphitheater. After the owners died the man-made fountains were used by skaters, then some1, built a home, but people were used to it being a "hangout" & accidentally set fire to most of the property leaving what remains today.
