This is a foster home for upcoming spellcasters. You can run this as a foster home or a small live-in school. Theres a butlers room, laundry room and spellcaster room in the basement. The main floor has a classroom, headmasters office, dining area, kitchen and reading nook. 2nd has headmasters room and large bathroom for kids. 3rd is the kids floor with beds and open area.
