A mysterious tiny build meant for the Forgotten grotto hidden area. Perhaps it was built by a handy sim? You could easily just put it elsewhere if you wanted to, though. In order to place it where I did, you'd need to access this hidden area in the first place, and then enter the bb.enablefreebuild cheat.
