This lovely duplex is beautiful on the outside but just wait until you see inside. Each house has 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. I desinged each side to be polar opposite of the other. I invisioned one side for a very artistic family and the other side for an elderly couple that has family stay with them from time to time.
