I decided to create housing estate so there is a lot of flats inside. Basement consist of #gym, #sauna, #cinema, #library, #bar, #playroom for children, #nursery, There is also a #restaurant outside. Then you have to choose what kind of #apartment you wanna live in (small, big one?).
