My entry for the #sadsimsieshell challenge. This duplex is perfect for two single sims or two couples. It has a shared yard space with pool that is perfect for parties/entertaining. I imagine that the downstairs couple recently renovated and rent the upstairs out to a friend/family member. Please use the move objects cheat before placing.
