Once a decent antique looking duplex has since been converted to an Unoplex... One-plex... whatever due to a accedent involving someone not paying there rent on time 3 months in a row. It could be converted back into a duplex if one desires but that would involve explaining why there is a big hole in the wall in the first place. Perfect for 4 desperatly broke friends to live in, as long as they pay their rent... #duplex
