This is my version of a friends duplex and the attached duplex which I assumed was the same just flipped. Each duplex has 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. I included basic items that would be included in a new unfurnished home (cabinets, toilets, sinks, closets, ect). I will add a furnished version at a later date.
