Duplex that's almost a triplex with its attached butler's quarters! Piano in the basement. Protip: To run a duplex, assign the households to clubs. Name the clubs by the family name or whatever is easy to remember. Mine are just "Left Side" club and "Right Side" club for the sides of the house.
