This is one of my first independant builds that I'm actually not embarassed by! This duplex is designed with a shared "pass-thru" pool on the first floor as well as a shared back-yard. I've designed the apartments for twin sisters, so theres 1 bedroom each plus a den/office that could be converted into a studio or childrens room.
