I tried to build a #pink #duplex after randomising a build challenge for myself. It might not be perfect but I like how it turned out - it's pretty #realistic (inspired by a few references) but still has this Sims 4 aesthetic (doesn't look all that ugly IMO). This build uses a few backs solely for 1-4 items and they can be easily replaced! It's also #unfurnished (ergo #unfinished) - I'll tailor it to mu needs later, but you can enjoy the blank #shell with no more pack restrictions! Have fun!
