This small comfortable hale (#house) is a flipped (by yours truly) version of the #Tangled #Flat. The Puamelia Hale, or #Plumeria House, is modest, but surprisingly roomy and now on the grid with a/c to comfort and cool your Sims after a hot day at the #beach just across the street.
