I made an Apartment Lot using ONLY Base Game + City Living. It's fully furnished and ready to use. There's a pool place for the residents. Each floor has a theme: 1) Family. 2) Artist. 3) Wood Working enthusiast. 4) Wealthy single Sim Studio.
