A #twobedroom #threebathroom #familyhome for a #toddler #child and #twoparents decorated for fall/autumn with lots of #activities and space for the family to hang out. The whole house has been #playtested and your sim should be able to do everything they need to. (the trash can in the kitchen isn't useable, just for decoration - there are two trashcans outside and two sinks in the kitchen so your sim will still be able to dispose of things).
