Kenneth Williams built this house in the early 90's for himself and his pregnant wife Heather. He finished his work and Heather gave birth to a daugther named Farah. The parents turned the basement into a room where they can watch Farah grow up. But Heather and Kenneth didnt take care of Farah very well. Farah ran away when she was 14 y/o.
