#Public building (or house, if you like huge spaces and highs) for my future use. So far its only base model, down will be probably #pool, top #floors will be each for different free time activity. My goal is to create place where you can go for a day with your whole sim #family and nobody will feel left behind. Each floor have also amazing #balcony with great view on the #river. Feel free to use and recreate into something new and cool :)
