#fixmelilsimsie This is a small semi delapidated family house with 2 bedrooms 2.5 bathrooms. It has dirt patches overgrown lawn bits and vines going up the sides. Its fits 4 sims, a mom, dad, 16 year old girl and a baby who share a room. There are differnt aged appliences that were replaced as they broke. some rooms are more updated than others. the upsatirs full bathroom was recently updated while the half bathroom hasnt been updated in decades.
