This house was built in the early 1900s with the top floor addition in the 50s by its last owner soon after coming into some money. He quickly lost it all and fell into horrible debt. When the bank showed up to collect thy found the house in this state, in shambles and half packed boxes and crates. it has since then been condemned due to structural damages and all plants seem to be destined for failure on this lot.
