I created this gym/recreational space for all aged sims, solely based on base game content as I only play with mods. On the main floor you can find, changing rooms, washrooms, a front service counter, a daycare/drop in, pool and some recreational activities! Second floor is where all the gym quipment is and a fake track! I know the track isn't functional but it adds to the realism element!
