This motel used to be a condominium (did i spell that right?) but after a murder happened there, it lost popularity and was eventually abandoned. A few years later, someone bought it and started renting out the rooms. He soon went out of business as he was too lazy to fix up the place, so it sat there, empty, yet again. Now, a young mother want to make it into a cozy bed and breakfast and hired someone to fix it up. (Does the roof on the left work? It's supposed to be broken.) #fixmelilsimsie
