Never sure what to do with the long and narrow lot in #Newcrest so I made a set of 4 unique #rowhouses or #townhouses which are furnished for up to 16 sims, so drop in your new townies and roommates, lock the doors, and leave them to their own devices with everything they need to live and entertain themselves.
