Well ... it's not entirely my idea but for a good part I took inspiration from @Doctor_Ashley; she created a fantastic terraced university residence but too large for the space I had available and so I tried to reproduce the exterior and then permanently change the interior. Now all we need to do is transfer our favorite Sims! Sul Sul.
