I redid Honeydew Fields and changed it into a dorm! It is play tested so there should be no issues. You may have to use bb.moveobjects cheat before placing and depending on which university you plan to play in, you will have to change the requirement on which uni students are allowed since there unfortunately isn't an option for both.
