Make this shell look like a house in the Hamptons. Usual rules apply. Exterior walls must be kept. You may move/change doors, windows, columns, stairs and the railings. You can also raise/lower the foundation and the roof. Add a staircase from the first floor to the second floor. Add landscaping and have fun :) No Deadline.
