Many years ago this rowhome (and the rowhomes adjacent) were in tip-top shape. Unfortunately, the neighborhood fell out of favor and the rowhomes were left unoccupied. These days, this rowhome is the only one still standing and it's been invaded by teenagers seeking a place to party.
