This old house was in the middle of being renovated, but a huge earthquake hit and destroyed the house. The owners left it, because they did not have enough money to renovate it now with the new damages, and have now sold it! This new couple is looking for a home with a nice master with an ensuite and a nursery for the baby on the way. They also would like some place to do gardening, for that is one of their jobs.
