#fixmelilsimsie Mr and Mrs brown haverecently bought this old, run down apartment and are hoping to start puting apartments for rent. the problem is the building isnt in the greatest shape. Mr and Mrs brown have invested 70 thousand dollars in renovations. they are hoping to give the building a more contmporary feel and add a new floor. they have hired lisimsie to do that job! :)
