This charming cottage is owned by the local doctor, it's been in his family for generations. He wanted to live in town so he could be near his medical practice. He rented it out to a couple he thought would take good care of it. That was not the case though, they ruined the house and ruined any furniture and appliances that were inside. They let the yard become overgrown, and with broken down cars scattered over the yard. He's hoping that you can restore it to it's former glory. #fixmelilsimsie
