This colonial, built in 1867, was last renovated in 1972. The last owner, who died in 1989 along with his wife and 2 kids in a, well let''s just say they needed to go... away for a little bit. This home was left for 14 years with no landscaping, no renovation, nothing was touched until 2003 when 3 teenagers seeking a hangout broke in and stole all the very valuable chandeliers.
