We're not sure exactly when the tree fell in through the back porch, or why the previous homeowners abandoned it in squalor, but we got this place for an absolute steal! Sure, it's been boarded up and there's some structural issues, but it feels like the perfect place for our little family to thrive. A little paint here and there, maybe an open floor plan and bigger upstairs bedrooms is all we need. Hopefully our 10k budget will get us the cute cottage of our dreams! #fixmelilsimsie #fixerupper
