#fixmelilsimsie This building was once a home for many different sims in the 1930s and 40s. It has been abandoned for a long time because of it's poor condition, and it's been frozen in time ever since. The city hall originally decided they would tear this building down but the citizens protested because a famous author had lived in one of these very apartments. So instead, they decided to renovate the building with new and modern apartments for the sims of today to live in.
