I used an old fixer upper challenge by @thatsimschick (love her!!) and made this BASE GAME house. Downstairs there is a huge kitchen, living room, and art gallery and a hobby/game room. Upstairs there are 2 kid rooms and the kids bathroom and then the master bed and bath! I never usually do base game only builds so this was definitely a challenge for me!
