some local artisians have moved into town with the goal of renovating the dialapidated houses. They are all in a contest called #fixerupperchallenge so they have taken over midtown meadows park until they can move into their fixer uppers. The Mayor is not handing out fines as of yet. But if they stay much longer, its gonna get ugly.
