My Sims bought this house but it needs a lot of work. The previous owner just moved out and left it with nothing but chests and boxes inside. The house is falling apart. Even the roof and windows are bad. I'd love to see a modern house here, with less bedrooms bedrooms for more space. Three would be ideal with the smallest bedroom as an office, or even a downstairs office would be nice and keep it two bedrooms. 40k is the max budget for this. Landscaping if possible. #FixMeThomasTV
