This is a very smalll villa with not a lot of place, but she cost a lot for normal sims, but not for the rich sims. The rich sims can use this small villa for there journey or for a very important buisness meeting. I thing the two dogs, who can sleep next to the bed of the owner of this house. There have a cool garden who is small but also cool and the owner have alot of time to play with the dogs.
