Back in the day sims would spend hours and hours in this once lovely playground. The city had to save and couldn't spend the simoleons maintaining it. Rumor has it an old homeless sim had actually began to fix it up himself until he witnessed something shady go down. He hasn't been seen since. Now, thanks to a mysterious donation the city was able to clean it up and upgrade equiptment.
