Back in the day sims would spend hours and hours in this once lovely playground. Sadly those days are gone. The city had to save and couldn't spend the simoleons maintaining it. Rumor has it an old homeless sim actually began fixing it up himself until he witnessed something shady go down. He hasn't been seen since. I wonder what happened to him...
