A park with every plant in the game in perfect condition (if you don't have a pack you just won't get the plant/s). Every plant on the lot is interactable. Have a wedding, make a wish, sell some home made goods, play chess, grill out, go fishing for rare and uncommon fish and make some extra money with all of the money trees in the park.
