To be honest, this lot isn't even officially zoned for residential living, but with some hard work this industrial nightmare could become an eco dream. This is not for DIY amateurs, things went down in this old factory...terrible things! Yup, she's pricey, but after clearing out the junk, getting rid of the old advertising signage, and giving her a lick of pain, imagine how much you could sell it on for.
