40x30 lot sorry if its bad I tried my best #firstbuild I hope everyone likes it and eventually if this is a really good build to you fellow Simmers I will make another but if things go south then I just stick to sims.Tell me what you guys think honast oppions only tysm for the support (<3 :D)Also there is room for 8 sims because I put 2 dubble beds but go crazy again tysm :D
