This is a house my boyfriend built (mostly, I helped out some). This is his first house he ever built on sims 4, as well as his first time playing sims 4 ever. I think he did pretty good for his first time since building techniques and things of that nature has changed from sims 3 to sims 4 and I'm very proud of him.
